We accept orders made by customers in any effective way, or by phone, fax, e-mail and in person. We confirm adoption orders by fax. We invite you to order goods in INFOEL with our program delivered on CD "RS Components - Prices".

RS COMPONENTS CATALOG
RS COMPONENTS offers is available in the catalogue and on the Web.
Each product in the catalogue has 6 or 7 digit number (the so-called directory"stock no").
SSM, is the minimum amount of the product possible to order from a cataloque. If the value of SSM is not given, the product is packaged a one-off.

ORDER
Your order should include:
- The product’s cataloque number "RS Stock no"
- The quantity of the ordered products complies with SSM
- Data to issue a VAT invoice (full company name, address,etc)
- Delivery address
- The name of the person making the order

PRICES
Infoel Sp. z o.o gives the net prices in PLZ per unit sales. Prices are vary according to the quantity of the products and valid from 1 March 2008. In the case of significant changes in exchange rates, we reserve the possibility of pricing adjustments.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Ordered products together with the invoice are delivered through DHL [cost is added to the invoice]. 
The standard delivery time is about 3 working days. Delivery time may be longer than the standard in the case of heavy or dangerous [ADR] products. Liquidity warehouse in the UK is 96%. For individual orders we search for products that is not included in the catalogue.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We carry out orders without verifying the correctness of their merits - our technical advisors are at your disposal and willing to provide information about RS Components products RS. Infoel Sp. z o.o shall not be liable for damages arising from the non-delivery, delivery of products with characteristics other than those contained in the catalogue or price changes.

QUALITY POLICY
RS Components products sold by Infoel Sp. z o.o are branded products and they are covered by the standard 12-month warranty. We make every effort to properly and quickly implement the delivery to our customers.
Infoel Sp. z o.o  customers have the right to return the goods intact within 14 days from the date of purchase. Comments on products sold by us, quality of service and possible inconsistencies in delivery, please submit in writing. The basis of the complaint is a copy of the document purchase.
